NORTH AMERICAN PALEONTOLOGICAL CONVENTION

2009

North American Paleontological Convention, 2009, will be held in Cincinnati. A meeting of representatives of the Associated North American Paleontological Societies (ANAPS) was convened in Salt Lake City, at the 2005 meeting of GSA. This group reviewed a proposal from Arnie Miller, Dave Meyer, Carl Brett and Glenn Storrs to hold NAPC-2009 in Cincinnati. This proposal was enthusiastically accepted. The tentative date for this event is the week of June 21 to 27, 2009. Cincinnati is a great center for such an event. Start thinking now about programs you might want to plan for it.
