Paleontological Society DEI Grants

The Paleontological Society is delighted to announce a new grants program which will allow members to implement projects focused on diversity, equity and inclusion and remove barriers to careers in paleontology. The grant award amount is $500 -$1,000 per grant. Successful grant applications will be ones that convey a clear and central objective for enhancing DEI in the field of paleontology as a major component in the initiative.   • panels of invited speakers from diverse backgrounds to talk about the experiences of underrepresented individuals in navigating paleontology;
  • and more!
The applications are open until September 30, 2024, and applicants will be notified of the committee’s decision within 2-4 weeks of application.
